- The angular surface of the Decline Board allows users to stand at up to a 25 degree angle when performing decline squats. The markings on the rubber surface indicate heel placement for 20, 15 & 10 degrees contra the kBox4 surface. The recommended angle at the knee joint for these squats is 70 degrees.
- The Exxentric Decline Board is aluminium based with recycled eco-friendly rubber mats covering its surface. It is designed to be very sturdy and stable, while weighing only 3.5 kg.
